Well, I guess there will be one more player who is not direct, but indirect beneficiary of pet coke ban.
Sanghi Cement
It uses only 11% of its total fuel mix as petcoke (Against more than 50% by most of the large players). Ban on pet coke or increase in duty on petcoke which will increase the cost to large cement players.
As the cost will be increased for most of the large players, it will be passed on to the consumers which will result in increase in price of cement.
This increase in price of cement against not so increase in cost to sanghi will be beneficial to sanghi…

Apart from this, as @KKK mentioned, coal india case could be interesting. There is already shortage of coal in India, more increase in demand will be beneficial to coal India.

Who are pet coke manufacturers in India? Either 100% or even percentage of revenue mix?

and its banned…
cement stocks should go down tommorow big time…

but what about benefecieries of them ??? who might benefit ??

could you share the source…

Even if petcoke is banned, Cement will be exception to this ban…
So this ban will result in reduced demand and excess supply which will reduce the price of petcoke…
so if price government ban it and cement price reduce because of that… then we can get better opportunity to enter,.
