Absolutely… totally agree with you. Sadly, this company becomes another classic example of how a perfectly good story ends in the capital market grave thanks to promoters’ greed. And why i say good story is 'coz even one of their larger peers acknowledged their products and presence, implying that it wasn’t a bogus company.

Try listening to their interviews / con-calls, and then try to read DRHP of Jiya Eco India limited
You wont be able to reconcile the number of burners they have installed. It keeps on fluctuating every time (they give any random number every time). They them self are not sure about the number of the burners installed
This happens only when it is just a story, as one has to memorise the number
whereas truth is truth!!!

A discussion with a senior friend, he says “in India once a stock becomes tainted, very diff to come out… there is no smoke without fire”. “Ek baar stock ko kalank lag gaya fir woh perform karna bahut mushkil hai” very few exceptions where the concerns raised on Corp Gov have turned out to be wrong.
Same is case with Jiya
