A lot of deals and collaboration with top companies have been laid out in the last six months. Hoping to see it translate to growth in revenues over the next year.
I bought into subex at lower levels as I saw a lot of value and it was trading at a big discount to the fair price. If they can grow 10-15% with new verticals, next 5 years will be fantastic for us.
They have a very capable management, hoping to see them execute!

Insiders are selling shares in large quantities. Directors and key Managerial personnel are selling their stakes in the company. Are we missing something here?
Seems to me that the share is overvalued. The Products are good and should have good future though. Is it also a concern that more than 95% of the shareholding is with public.

Commenting on the results, Vinod Kumar, Managing Director & CEO, Subex, said:
“Businesses are still coming to terms with the uncertainty brought in by the second wave of COVID-19, and this has had some bearing on our ability to deliver projects as several Subexians were infected during Q1. Even though the project delivery delays had negatively impacted our Q1 revenues, we will be able to get to our growth targets in the coming quarters.
At Subex, our focus has been on fostering sustainable innovation translating into a profitable portfolio that is future proof. Towards this we launched HyperSense which is a no-code AI platform that enables enterprises to achieve accelerated growth through AI. It was very well received by the market, and we are in advanced stages of engagement with multiple operators. Additionally, we have also witnessed some notable wins for our newer offerings of IoT/OT Security and Identity Analytics. With markets fully opening in many geographies, many new projects that were put on hold due to pandemic have been reinitiated. All these will result in increased opportunities and therefore growth in coming quarters.”

This New website for Hypersense is Amazing,
Has so much info & is very intuitive.
Anyone has any views on the recent meets the company had with different investors? !
Does anyone have access to this link? Any comments
Subhash Menon left Subex many years back, I guess this news is not related to Subex but “Bannix Acquisition Corp.”, the company of which he is the Founder Chairman & CEO currently.
Hypersense - From the concall, it looks like this is multi-vertial analytics platform which will have < 1 week time to implement to go live per customer and its of small ticket size (500 to 1k $ per month/per customer). Goal is to get as many customer(100 thousand) to sign up.
Expected growth will be 18-20% CAGR considering both old areas and new horizons.
