It seems to have formed the bottom or it is near the bottom.
But it does not mean that it will start any significant upmove immediately.
If it has made a bottom, first it should foram a base in a narrow range and some accumulation should start happening. Upmove can only happen after few weeks/months of base formation . Weekly Chart
