Can anyone provide insights into the total addressable market for exhaust systems and suspension systems in the Indian automotive sector, specifically distinguishing between passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles? Additionally, if anyone can share a view of how the market evolving over the next few years in terms of growth potential and key driving factors?

With P/E > 26 and P/B > 8 , this looks really expensive . Also I am unable to pin point the reason of why this would continue to grow with EV threat . I haven’t seen any investments by sharda in EV industry so far . Is it time to book profits and exit completely or is there still a spark that management can turn into fire ?

Even I have the same uncertainty. Been wanting for more valid reasons to remain invested.

Also the promoter holding in last quarter went down by more than 8%. Was there any reason shared by them? Not that they are obligated to.

They sold their stake to various mutual funds and DIIs which I think was a favourable step because their shareholding does bring a positive impact to the valuation (re-rating). Also getting DIIs to invest by selling your own shares rather than issuing new shares ensures that the other shareholders’ holdings are not diluted to that extent and doesn’t diminish your ROCE as well.
