Is free cash-flow a correct yardstick to assess Hospitality stocks?

The Hotel stocks, viwed from the angle of free-cash flow throw-up some surpirses.
Something called Valor Estate (Valor Estate Ltd share price | About Valor Estate | Key Insights - Screener) has a market cap of 5377.24 cr has a free cash-flow of 436 cr. Honestly I had not heard of this property.
Asian Hotels (N](Asian Hotels (North) Ltd share price | About Asian Hotels (N) | Key Insights - Screener), again unheard of, has a free cash-flow of 430.92 cr on a market cap of only 1276.64 cr. . Advent Hotels has a free cash-flow of 2276.57 cr (Advent Hotels International Ltd share price | About Advent Hotels | Key Insights - Screener) on a market cap of 847.16 cr!

Am I right in viewing these figures with such excitement? Or there is something else?
Asian Hotels(N) for example, has had a very bad quarter.
