Promoters found another company called “Innovators Building Products Pvt. Ltd.” which is working in the same industry.

Seems like the company is doing good with building their order book. Recently won couple of orders.
In the company annual report 2023, it was written that the audited financial statements,
including the consolidated financial statements and related information of the Company and
audited accounts of each of its subsidiaries are available on the website of the Company on https://innovators.in/
I don’t see financial statements of subsidiaries on the website.
Did anybody find it?
Pending order book as on 31st Mar 2024 is approx 291 crores, I expect growth to continue in short term
