IMAGICA gave an investor PPT this quarter after a very long time (2-3 years). During these past 2-3 years promoter holding grew from 30% to little north of 70%. After Many years positive profits are seen and cash flow grew significantly.

Thanks, but looks like IMAGICAA has more profit than sales for 2023 and hardly had any revenue since 2020, is this been used more as a trading company? - need to dive in a little more.
Not sure why you’d say it’s a trading company. The company’s annual report does not show any “trading revenues” or indicate that it has been buying and re-selling stuff.
Its park wasn’t doing well during the pandemic, but now reports revenues higher than the pre-pandemic period.
Also, the increase in profitability is clearly because of cost control, especially interest costs coming down to low levels from nearly 190+ cr levels to around 60 cr a year after a debt restructuring. The promoter group has changed as well.

Atam Valves had their first ever conference call post Mar 23 quarter results. But they did not follow it up with concall post Jun 23 results. Same with Permanent Magnets. I have seen multitude of companies doing concalls during good times but miss it when their numbers are not up to the mark.
So I think consistency of concalls is also very important factor in understanding whether a company is truly investor friendly or not.
