Brand Concepts Ltd has allotted 6,10,000 warrants convertible into equity shares to Promoter Prateek Maheshwari on a preferential basis. The company received ₹4.99 Cr (25% of total consideration) for these warrants, with the remaining 75% payable upon exercise. The total issue size is ₹19.99 Cr. Each warrant is convertible into one equity share within 18 months from Dec 3, 2025. Post-allotment, Prateek Maheshwari’s holding will be 15.24% assuming full conversion
