I am a new member in this group and just started understanding the flow of the group. Out of the above mentioned picks, the most recent is the Supreme Petro which I have added recently. I am long term investor with 3- 5 year horizon. All others are holding more than 3 years now and may be more. But I still believe them to be good investment with next 3 yr as investment Horizon.
Hi Priyank, Godrej Properties is a very good story, probably one of the 2 corporate listed real estate dev. Rest all developers work unprofessionaly.
PROS Godrej prop work on asset lite model n going fwd it’s benifit to them. Largest land owners of Mumbai ( abt 7 percent of Mum). Cons Execution is a imp key. Also lowers the debt better for realty developers during bad mktg.
Disclaimer I am invested at 180 rs level, for a long term target of 750 to 900 rs in nxt 3 years.
