Recently Zodiac was acquired by past DCW Limited MD, Mudit Sharadkumar Jain. Based on google search, Mohit was instrumental in turning around the DCW business.
Quickly after acquiring Zodiac, the new management has decided to buy 2 business in Auto ancillary space as they don’t like the existing diamond business. The links are attached for your reference.

In the 2 link you will find the Management saying :
“The Company envisions a turnover of approximately Rs. 100 crores over the next 3 years in this segment and a net profit of about Rs.10 to 12 crores (approx.) from the Automotive Components segment.”
According to me, post these acquisitions, the expected Annual sales of Zodiac would be 40 crore with 2 crore in Profits
The question now remains how much can the management walk the talk.
