Time to introduce the thinking patterns of a trio of very successful young Turks at VP - Dhwanil Desai, Omprakash, and Kiran Dhanwada.
One of the most impressive presentations from the Young Turks was from Omprakash.

Not only does he work the hardest, he also has the most original thought process among the younger lot. I wont forget an original line from that presentation “Forget the Ratios, better to Focus on the Products” …haven’t heard something on these lines articulated any better. [We have been urging OM to devote more energy to BQ dissection/hierarchy]
His talk was peppered with more brilliant original stuff, not sure all of it will be apparent from the Presentation.
But maybe your dialog with Omprakash can bring out more …
