@Dilip_vr Thanks for the suggestion. I will look at the BSE and NSE announcements. I have a US version of the site that also covers company specific news similar BSE and NSE announcement. Try searching for Trip.com or Array at Causalityarrow.com
I am trying to get such announcement news for the India site as well.
I am specifically pin pointing special situations like Merger,Demerger,Revferse Merger,Rights Issue,Offer for Sale,Open Offer,Special Dividend,Change in Management,Spin offs,Aquisition of a company by another,Corporate restructuring,Change in Capital allocation and to some extent Splits and Bonuses too which has given over 2000% to 4000% returns in last 2-3 years.
