I think there are a couple of important positive developments here:

There was change of ownership in a sense that one of the promoters have exited and transferred their stake to the other promoter group. See this. Normally, this is a precursor for some serious structural change in companies. The price at which this happened is 13.5 which is near the CMP and thus provides an interesting opportunity from risk reward ratio.
As soon as this arrangement happened we have seen a substantial jump in numbers. The results were very good. Doesnt look like co-incidence.

I think these two pointers are pointing towards some positive fundamental shift in the company.

Results are good it seems. Good thing is that their previous quarter’s increase of textile division was not one off and the growth continues. This division has grown 50% this quarter too on a fairly big base. On an annualized basis, the loss in textile division is almost gone thanks to this increased scale. Does anyone have any views on the real estate developments?

any idea why the stock is displaying such unsually high strength in this small cap carnage. there’s some serious accumulation going on.The stock is trading near its 4 month highs and every weekly upmove has come on large volumes… any bank settlement that might have been done ?

Ms. Rita Aggarwal, the promoter bought 59,073 shares representing 0.22% of company s total equity capital for the period from 02.12.2019 to 27.12.2019 thereby increasing promoters stake from 64.84% to 65.06%
