If i sell a same stock today in NSE and immediately buy in BSE will that be treated as Intraday transaction? I want to do this to off set short term capital gains which i have…for tax harvesting purpose though…or it will be good to sell today and buy in next fin day on April 2nd…pls advise
It works, shares will be debited from demat, provided you enter proper order type. But your margin statement will be screwed up permanently.
I had done these type of transaction in Juniobees arbitrage across excange, from then onwards my margin statement from broker got screwed up. It always shows incorrect entry between BSE & NSE.
