There has been a spurt in share price of this counter in the last 3-4 days when the market has remain subdued. The price movement is accompanied with spurt in volume too. No news has come to light. Does the market know something we dont know?The second quarter result has been average, although better than first quarter. Not much improvement in topline is seen. Please share is some update is there.

Good to see comments on this after a while. Iām also surprised because Im not aware of any news update from the co. There are no bulk deals. Probably there could be buying in small qty by funds or smart individual investors. The rise in volumes seems to indicate some interest in the stock in recent times. Probably some informed investors are buying and the news maybe spreadingā¦ this is my guess. Apart from that if someone knows about an update pls share
I agree with your points even though the stock has some risks. Even if Pressman becomes a pan India player, this itself will give it a great visibility and more business. To compete on international level they may need more time or experience and funds to expand abroad.

Today in the first hour of trade almost 7 lakhs shares has been traded. It is almost 3% of the companyās equity. Shareholding pattern as declared by company shows that promoters hold almost 75%, some corporate hold 1.5%, another 0.5% is held by some NRI and public hold around 23%. Appears that promoters are not selling as no block deal is reported. Somebody is mopping up the entire public shareholding. We need to know who is buying. Any information friends?
Surprising to see such high volumes once again. The stock has hit upper ceiling on NSE. Iām not aware of any info about who is buying/selling. Iām curious to know as well. The low floating stock also makes the stock volatile.

The spurt in the price and volume is due to the recommendation of the share on one reasearch blog. Due to which some current has started since last 10 days.

Valuefundamentalinvestor has copied what we are saying here, almost word by word. Aceinvestor is not giving any new information. These blogs are somewhat followed, and may be recent spurt could have happened due to these blogsā¦ the company is fairly valued and financially sound. But it needs to grow its topline at least at the rate of industry average.
The author of valuefundamentalinvestor, Pranab just copies information across the internet and posts in his blog. I had sent him emails regarding many scrips that he has mentioned in his blog which were copied from other sources but it turned out to be in vain. We can ignore the blog post on valuefundamentalinvestor, the author is just a copy cat.

Interesting news. I frankly have no idea about Warren Tea promoters. Probably seniors from this forum can provide some insights. Pressman seems to have good potential as public relations business is going to do well in the current growing economy. If the IPO market picks up we can expect good business for Pressman. The best indicator of future potential would be addition of new clients.

The company has come out with excellent set of numbers (ex-other income) both on the topline and operating margins front.
Technically the stock has given a major price volume breakout with volumes in the last three days being 80% of the volumes of the entire last year and in the process has broken key long term resistances.
is anyone tracking the stock fundamentally ?

interesting thing is that the topline growth and bottom line growth ,both are there so quite possible that some new high margin business they got as the bottomline growth is proportionately much higher than topline
the company has been increasing dividends in the last few years. hopefully this year too the dividends would increase owing to dramatically improving operating performance.
