Two very promising Platform Bossiness in Indian context are IEX and CDSL. As a Power trading platform IEX is providing spot pricing and true price discovery. With India becoming Power surplus nation, organizations and Corporations no longer needs Long term Power supply agreements and with superior Software IEX is way ahead of others. Stickiness to platform is also very high as most of the personnel in Power trading Corporation are already trained on its platform.
CDSL : With increasing market oriented financialization of savings in India CDSL will only go to higher levels. Besides this, digitization of financial assets which has already started will increase income source for CDSL.

The same reason you pay for credit cards using Cred. The website providing most friendly interface has an edge. If i have to enter the same info in google search, then click on the search result to website and then navigate my way to book a ticket, high chances are i would follow the least resistive path.
There is a definite gain to be made if any search word pops up easemytrip or MakeMyTrip kind of apps/links.
Additionally, getting the platform reward points with expiry dates for booking a flight makes the my conservative mind to think of myself or any relative who might need to book a ticket wherein the points can be utilised.
