Semaglutide or as is kwn Ozempic and Wegovy are a class of molecules used for treating Diabetes esp Type II. This has been touted as a MIRACLE DRUG of the century. In actuality some people report that along with diabetes control they also see a loss in weight which impacts their other parameters like BP and Cholesterol levels. The make NOVO NORDISK makes huge profits from this and it is believed that the sale of this one compound contributes to a large percentage of Denmark’s GDP.
