Hi,

Is there any source from where we can pull a list of stocks within a specific PE ?

Yes you can use http://screener.in. Register there and then go down at the bottom and you will see a query box. Just type your query there and you will get a list of stocks which meets the criteria entered.

For this particular query you can type Price to earning > x and price to earning < y. This will give you a list of stocks in your PE range.

Another source is google finance stock screener, punch in google finance on google to get that.
