P.E. Analytics Ltd (PROPEQUITY) - Another Data Analytics Platform for Real Estate Players

I am sharing the recent updates on the company. Overall, things have gone bad with the valuation division, subscription business continues doing well.

FY25Q1

  • Launching PropAlert on September 1, 2024; will provide monitoring of under-construction properties and will be offered to 100+ banks/HFCs/NBFCs
  • Launching Propequity Middle East by December 2024 in Dubai (services: Subscription, Feasibility studies, Asset management services, Highest and best use services)
  • Valuation business client increases to 100+ (vs 70 in Q4FY24)
  • Added 21 new clients in subscription business
  • 80 cr.+ cash

FY25Q3

  • Growth in valuation business is down to single digit. There has been a change in the top management of PropEdge due to operational and financial mismanagement. This has led to a lower growth and profitability in the last 3 months

  • Profitability in Propedge has taken a huge hit (-30% PBT, still profitable though)

  • Started Propequity Middle East with local partners in January 2025

  • Cash increases to 82.5 cr. (vs 80 cr. in Q1FY25)

FY25Q4 more bad developments

  • They filed a case against Avinash Jha
  • In their newly incorporated UAE entity, Propequity only holds 25% equity share.
  • They took a small receivable writeoff (40.73 lakhs)

  • Valuation business declined by (-)28% YOY

12.09.2025 (Share buy transactions by Samir)

  • Samir bought 4.65% shares yesterday, taking his shareholding to 71.77% (vs 70.2% before selling shares). Basically all the shares he had sold in last few years, he bought them back (+ some more)

FY26Q2

  • Number of cities improved to 50 (vs 47 in Q1FY26); Tier 2 cities increased to 36 (vs 33 in Q1FY26)

What do you mean the company was losing money on F&O? Why was a real estate analytics firm trading in futures and options in the first place?

@harsh.beria93 I am trying to locate the number of clients data - the annual reports and Investor presentation only state “300+” clients. where can I fnd this? if its not asking too much, would you be able to share this doc?
