Hi guys,
What do you think what is happening in oriana, stock has no momentum from years and market is doing well But this company has no momentum, even results are good year on year. But still market is punishing it. I am very confused. Should I hold it or sell in 17% loss
What’s the point of a conference call when management simply reads scripted answers and selectively responds only to the questions they choose?
This raises serious questions about the transparency of the management and its willingness to engage openly with investors.

There is some confusion regarding the sale of a subsidiary by Oriana. so just sharing a point of view,
Selling subsidiaries, where they sell a solar power generating asset with long standing PPAs is not a distressed sale. And revenue coming from this activity is not non-core or non-operating income. Rather this is the business model itself.
-
In June 2025, management stated their explicit intent to sell power assets to institutional funds and InvITs to continuously recycle cash into new projects.
-
In November 2025, they confirmed that asset recycling would be a regular, year-on-year business practice rather than a one-time transaction.
3. They revealed that this financial engineering model adds an extra 7% to 8% margin over standard construction profits.
4.Management explicitly noted that churning these assets permits them to scale up capacity without heavily leveraging the company or taking external funds.
This strategy allows them to capture front-end developer premiums while scaling up high-margin storage and green fuel projects without equity dilution.

So according to management commentary in latest ‘concall’, are they suggesting minimum 40-50% growth in topline inclusive of actis deal? Because that would lead to 2550Cr for FY27 and if actis deal will get them 74% of the 954Cr that would be 700Cr or so.
So if we remove 700Cr from 2550Cr we are left with 1850Cr which means at base case management is expecting no EPC growth in Fy27??
Please do not reserve making any criticism of my perspective here. Any and all input is valuable, I am not an expert.
