I had sent a query to which they replied that it would be starting in September end or October. I think they are waiting for the listing to take place, before starting it.

Reg Lasa: I found this document in public domain. Is this a normal practise or a legal requirement for the companies to issue such documents to the general public - for all to see?

No official confirmation has been received for the company in writing, they expect it to get it today and if thats the case they expect it on 25th September to get listed. Again its not yet official.

Dear forum members,
Lasa today got listed (in both BSE and NSE). However, I could not find its shares alloted (via demerger of OSCL) in my ICICIdirect account. Note that I had bought OSCL well before the demerger finally took place (i.e. the record date). Do we have to wait for 1-2 days for it to show in our account?
What is the cost ratio for demerger?

Lasa has got a decent debut at 140 on NSE/BSE. Price could rise over the coming days. Good opportunity to buy? Lasa shares are showing in my HDFC Securities account.

See in the ‘Demat Allocation’ tab in Equity Section. it will be listed. I had similiar query to ICICI Direct support - who asked me to look there.
