Did you get this info about the management personnel from AR? I got below from FPO DRHP and seems the person aging is other way round i.e. CMD Mr. Rajendra is 64 yrs old.
With the CMD of this age, do we know if there is further second rung of capable management (who will take over the baton). Since this is family run business, are they planning for management second line?
