Not received securities of Canara Bank after merger with Syndicate Bank

Apologies if this is not the right forum to ask this query

After the merger of nationalized banks, my father had not received new physical share certificates of Canara Bank share against the Syndicate Bank shares he was holding. The share is value is not much (~20k) but i would still want to retrieve those.

I have reached out to broker agency mentioned on the syndicate bank share certificates, but they keep on giving auto reply of please share correct folio numbers. How can i share if i don’t know the new folio numbers after Canara & Syndicate bank merger.

Please help with the steps in any of the following ways

  1. Whom to reach out to get the folio numbers issued against the Syndicate Bank shares so that i can try raising a request for lost physical certificates
  2. Is there a escalation matrix that i can follow
  3. what all documentation would be required to retrieve those shares

Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Please Help.

I have dropped email to them Kfintech. But they keep on replying please share correct folio numbers. I have the correct old Syndicate bank folio numbers but if they are looking for the Canara bank folio numbers, then i don’t have them because i haven’t received new certificates

I will check with them via call on Monday. Thanks
