NIBE LTD - Manufacturing of critical components in defence industry

This NIBE guy is street smart. Whatever i could observe through its website and material available online that with very very basic capabilities they are climbing higher in defence sector which certainly seems is with good connections only. This proves the fact that its not necessary that a good product is a good stock, many a time poor product with well network promoter is much better for investment.

Disc : Invested with the only gut feeling that till the time corrupt govt dept would be there one new Adani will keep coming. This is a bet on corruption.

Mind you the orders in this subsidiary is coming which has no work experience no revenue and orders pouring in that too for defence orders. What to say about this respected govt agencies issuing orders.

Similar stock where the stock is showing continuous Upper circuits since last few months is swan defence . They have entered into an agreement with Gujarat maritime for an investment of around 3000 crores but there is no revenue . Investors are probably foreseeing something special which we can’t .

These are all just shady companies by shady and fake promoters just out to college. Even if you earn something in these companies for a while, they will eventually be another DHFL or Gitanjali Gems.

The fact that some many people even in forums like valuepickr post about them makes me question whether just a google email signup to this forumn is good enough. Its allowing equally shady folks to exist here.

Nibe ordinance is seperate from Nibe. This is a reverse merger case so there is no revenue at present. Promoter will merge the new business with this listed company in due time. Only then one can do fundamental analysis on the company.
Market cap of the current listed company is too low at present. They will most probably do some preferential allotment to themselves to increase it. Auction is another way to increase market cap. Why would anyone sell their 1000 cr business for 2 cr.
Nibe was also a reverse merger case and normal trading is happening at 2000 cr at present.
