New stock Gujarat Toolroom Ltd. Anyone has any Idea why its quarterly profit zooms and promoters exited to null. It will be very helpful in understanding such companies. It may be a another fraud or another CG Power.

Great that you brought it up and the topic has not been removed yet (hopefully it’ll not be). A weeks ago I initiated a topic regarding the rise of Guj Toolroom and investigating potential investment opportunities but to my disappointment it was removed by the admins…
Let’s all take it up and seriously discuss as to what’s happening with this company.
Although there were internal conflicts and a management change last year, after reviewing all the relevant documents, I don’t believe it’s a case of fraud. I assume that the higher revenue currently stems primarily from the sale of diamonds through their Dubai subsidiary. If this increase is largely due to gold mining, it will be clearer in the next quarter’s results and the accompanying balance sheet.

A lot of the contribution could also be from the recent order it would have fulfilled for Reliance for supplying them with some raw material (don’t remember what exactly it was though). The company is also constantly winning substantial orders which is a good sign and provides future visibility.

This looks to be a fraud company and the exchange and SEBI are just wilful watchers of the upcoming scam. Due to greed took a small position and already lost 40% in this stock. Ofcourse, none to blame except myself.
