My Extra Large portfolio

Hi Guys! I am posting my portfolio here for feedback from esteemed fellow boarders.
I think in this uptrend I have gone a little overboard and invested in too many stocks. My aim is to reduce stocks by at least 20 and/or replace a few of the stocks with better bets. Any feedback is appreciated.

The quantity you hold vs the number of scrips, I dont think there will be a meaning full impact from it. My 2 cents will be to increase allocation in some of high conviction stocks and reduce number of shares.

Thanks Sir. Well, I am a young person and when I started investing about 5 years ago, I didn’t want to go overboard with any stock. As a result, I have small holdings in a large no. of stocks. Trying to course correct now.

These kind of Portfolio will make you happy daily as one or the other stock will be going up and you will sleep peacefully, but the problem is this only provides happy nights, wealth creation wont happen for you as allocation is small in each. Cut down the number of stocks and allocate more % to high conviction bets.
You dont have to own all the stocks that goes up so be patient with what you buy and just stick to quality companies.
Almost 50 stocks you have too high

Thanks. Could you suggest a few stocks to cut? I’ll really appreciate an independent view.

Before trimming any stock, try to remember why you bought it in the first place. What are your convictions about the stock? Is the underlying business of the stocks moving as per your conviction or not.

Find out the divergences, trim them and add the surplus amount in your high conviction bets.

Thanks for the valuable suggestions!
