The cash would come within 30-45 days. All factional shares would aggregated in total face value shares. Director or any office appointed would work as trustee for fractional shareholders, who would encash those shares and adjust expenditure to realise the proceed fron those shares. The net realised amount would then distributed to fractional share owners and this process would take time of 30-60 days in my view.
