I have created a login on the MCA website using my email ID. While creating an account I was told that your email ID is your username. I created an account by visiting this link.

After creating an account, I am also able to login using the email ID and password.
but If I go for getting certified copies of a company, below is the link. Its says “To Proceed with selection of documents and payment kindly login in to the MCA Portal. Do you wish to continue?”
(Home>MCA Services>Document Related Services>Get Certified Copies)
It asks for login & this time it asks for a username which 8-11 alphanumeric. Please click on for new user Registration.

This is the same link where I registered with the email. How can I get 8-11 alphanumeric login ID?
