I think their company culture isn’t great. They don’t pay well and squeeze employees. I think for their scale, employee costs are considerably lower (which is major for the service cos). The CEO approval rating is also bad for Dhiraj Rajaram. Its not a company which can maintain and nurture talent. Maybe employee costs squeezing is what is giving them the high margins - this is more of a guess - not many public data on the company to go by.
