KIMS is one of the largest corporate healthcare groups in Andhra Pradesh (AP) and Telangana in terms of the number of patients treated and treatments offered. It provides multidisciplinary integrated healthcare services, with a focus on primary, secondary & tertiary care in tier 2-3 cities and primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary healthcare in tier 1 cities. Financial Performance:
-Consolidated revenue from operations grew by 54.7% YoY and 2.4% QoQ to Rs. 5759.2 million.
-Consolidated EBITDA pre Ind-AS and other income grew by 38.8% YoY and 8.3% QoQ to Rs. 1563.3 million.
-Consolidated PAT grew by 18.4% YoY and 20.6% QoQ to Rs. 986 million.
-Consolidated earnings per share grew by 15.6% YoY and 22.8% QoQ to Rs. 11.7.
Expansion Projects:
-Expansion projects in Nashik, Bangalore, and Thane are progressing well and expected to be operational as per schedule.
-Thane facility is a 300-bed hospital with services ranging from accident and emergency care to oncology and liver and kidney transplant.
-The company is in talks with institutional investors to make the Thane project an asset-light model.
-The company intends to add oncology centers at six hospitals, including Nagpur, Thane, Bangalore, and Nasik.
-The company plans to expand in Maharashtra and Karnataka. -On May 22, the KIMS signed an MoU with Dr. Raj Nagarkar to set up a Multi-Speciality Hospital

  • KIMS Manavata Hospital at Nashik with a total bed capacity of 325 Beds. KIMS witheld a 51% stake and Dr. Raj Nagarkar will hold a 49% stake in the proposed company. This new Hospital is expected to go live tentatively by March’24.
