Business Overview
Kheria Autocomp manufactures durable exterior and interior plastic parts—such as bumpers, spoilers, and dashboard trims—for popular passenger vehicles like the Tata Nexon and Hyundai Creta.

The operational model of Kheria Autocomp functions within a closed-loop automotive manufacturing framework where raw materials, physical conversions, and economic transfers proceed through five distinct stages.

At the manufacturing stage, Kheria operates injection moulding machinery across varied clamping tonnages equipped with automated material conveyance, robotic pick-and-place units, and secondary finishing tools such as ultrasonic welding fixtures and hot-stamping cells. Production is executed against customer-owned or amortized tooling dies engineered to strict CAD/CAM tolerances established by Tier-I engineering teams

Revenue is generated through the contractual manufacturing and supply of components segmented into four functional categories:

  1. Interior Trim Components, including tailgate trims, C-pillar garnishes, front door inner trims, and luggage partition panels
  2. Exterior Functional Modules, consisting of roof garnish bases, front bumper garnish mouldings, rear spoilers, and protective door claddings.
  3. Under-the-Hood Assemblies, comprising engine coolant expansion tanks (P-tanks upper and lower) and cooling fan shrouds.
  4. HVAC and Ventilation Assemblies, including air blower housings, fresh-air intake ducts, and temperature-control routing paths

Kheria does not have traditional business moat but it has Geographic Proximity inside Vendor Parks - Operating within the Tata Vendor Park provides a structural logistics advantage, Switching Barriers and Dedicated Tooling Capital Commitments.
