Professional charges increased 3 times… Any comments/points noticed from ur end ?

We have the answer now why they were buying properties!! They launched another company in real estate and are collaborating with Kanchi. Unless you know the promoter, it has become hard to track this company now.

The management brings a “Special resolution” on the table to keep the “Excess payment due to inadequate profit”.
Unethical, at best.
3 directors get to keep 20% profit of the company.
