Please if you can elaborate on CG issues? I also hold the stock and am interested to know in case I have overlooked those issues. In that case I would reconsider my holding.
As far as my memory serves, company did buyback at very high rate and promoter himself sold large quantity of shares to company and made big profit.
I see it not legally but ethically wrong.
Please do check data before making any decision.
