Railway Panels: Fabrication of boxes/ enclosures and other parts for Rolling Stock application for various locomotive sections has been INTEGRA’s major USP for more than two decades now INTEGRA is consistently catering to various requirements of several players who need railway panels. Alstom, BHEL, Medha Servo, Siemens, CG, and CAF Power trust us as their reliable partners for any requirement related to railway panels. They supply propulsion systems, Hotel Load converter AC EMU panels (EDC/ECC/TCC) and Vehicle Control Units (VCU).

The railway propulsion system consists of various electrical devices to give force and drive the locomotives (wagons, carriages) INTEGRA supplies the enclosures for the subcomponents of the propulsion system: Traction Converters, Auxiliary panels, and Velocity control units.

In trains ( Railways ), Electrical power is required for running Exhaust fans, coach lighting, vestibule lighting, AC system, water pumps, etc. In the coaches and in the pantry car equipment for hot cases, bottle coolers, refrigerators, electric burners, etc. This electrical load is termed as “Hotel Load” and the power converter system for this requirement is called Hotel Load Converter.

Integra has acquired profound expertise in manufacturing panels/enclosures for the HLC. Various manufacturers are having their own designs of HLC and we, at INTEGRA make enclosures for them.

An electric multiple unit (EMU) is a multiple unit train having self-propelled carriages As the electric traction motors are incorporated into the passenger carriages, EMU does not require a separate engine/locomotive as in a normal propulsion system

INTEGRA manufactures various panels for this AC EMU system, like EDC, ECC (Electrical Control Cabinet ), TCC ( Traction Control Cabinet ), etc

With nearly 180 employees, 135-150 cr sales, 15-20 cr profit and nil CWIP ; I think this company is over valued. I will buy only if it corrects to a price of 85 to 90 Rs. Disc: not invested and not a registered adviser.
