Market is celebrating Infosys Collaboration with Anthropic.
Recently there have been lot of concerns around AI’s impact on Indian IT’s business model.
The subject collaboration does allay some fear as these service companies would be needed to customise and deliver AI solutions to the end consumers.
However, the moot concern still remains - would AI impact their revenues, given that traditionally they have billed on human effort and AI does takes away inefficiency from that process.
