Hi Guys,
Everyone’s looking at Tata Investment a holdco of the Tata group trading at a huge premium to listed stocks NAV now it was available at Rs.1000 trading at a discount to listed stocks holding of 70-75%.
Holdcos aren’t market darlings due to a few reasons like low liquidity, next to zero dividend, uncertainty regarding time horizon of value unlocking.
But due to these biases some gems are overlooked I m sharing a live google sheet of Discount to NAV calculation of Industrial Prudential Investment Company if the forum shows interest I would also share some insights in the thread. Happy Investing !
