Hi, we have been investing in US markets through IndMoney for last few months. But we’re facing huge issues wrt limits/ orders . Their customer service is pathetic . Their employees don’t even understand their own app. You have to explain same thing to 10 different employees but they still don’t get it. Escatlated the issue at the top-level but still no resoltuions.Really frustrating experience. Looking for suggestions for any other app.

I have been investing through Vested Finance and did not find any issues till now.

INDmoney charges commissions like a premium broker but their systems and support are worse than that of a discount broker. On the other hand IBKR
has replied under 6 hours every single time. INDmoney
is also quick to shift the blame to anyone but themselves.

Samco Securities has recently started direct investing in US securities with research based guidance.
Good video to understand the current landscape. For large transactions, IKBR+IOB seems best. For beginners tickertape looks the best.

I have been using IBKR, I have no complaints. It’s seamless, fast and has access to all global markets. Brokerage is just $1.
only hassle is the LRS you need to do for fund loading, but apart from that, quite seamless and smooth.
