The court hearing was on 24 rite? Any idea what happened?
Below are the latest information on this case
It seems the Indiabulls Group tried to put an application seeking the withdrawal of notice ,however the MCA informed the high court that they would be submitting the inspection reports for IBHFL and IBVL by October end and for IBREL by November end.
Concall notes:
a) Enough liquidity to repay next 12 months of debt repayment.
b) Going forward group will focus on retail loans, they donât think wholesale loan sector is appreciated by Indian market.
c) Not going to raise any money through bond because bond market in India is quite shallow.
d) Group is quite confident that they will be able to comeback stronger.
e) They requested for expedition on high-court case and are confident it will be resolved quickly. The govt. investigating agency has completed all the inspections and will be able to submit report by Nov 29 (the next hearing date).
f) No plan to sell more of Oak Investment, it is already 6x for them and they donât need money right now. They have enough buffer. It will be worth around 3K crore.
g) Buyback ratio will be decided once SEBI advise them on what is allowed for HFC.
h) Lot of fear mongering going on and almost all of them are false.
i) India bull real estate is now at 0% debt. Other group companies are also at very comfortable position.
j) Plan to reach 3K crore retail loan disbursement per month by March 2020.
