Hi,
I know of only one facility where retail investors can buy & sell G-Sec, which is IDBI Samriddhi Portal.
The portal is non-functional as of today and no one is picking up phones.
If any member has dealt with G-Sec at any other broker/dealer/portal except IDBI Samriddhi Portal.
Any pointers will be great help.
