I called on this number - 00149411000 and someone said it will be done in 1/2 days, if not then to contact on Monday. Any inputs from anyone on this regard will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Is there anyone else who still hasnāt received the Mimda shares? Is there any provision for those who did not vote for their preference?
No one recieved merger shares till yesterday. I called up again yesterday on this number 00149411000,person from company end was telling it is getting delayed due to pending SEBI approval. Asked me to wait another 2/3 days for share credit and 1 week maximum for merger shares to trade.

There were 2 options to chose from, one being Minda shares and other I think was Redeemable shares. Any idea what happens if someone hasnāt taken part in informing the company about their preference? Would those shareholders get Minda shares in the mentioned swap ratio by default?

Yes,default option is share credit. But I sent them the filled up form expressing my choice.
H ad spoken to co officials. Seems by next week we shud get Minda ind shares & trading permission in them.
However feel Minda Ind shud be a part of core PF & held for long term as Minda Ind promoter quality is awesome with superb execution track record.Minda wud always gain n increase the mkt share tks to great culture over there. whats your view & cud u highlight few pointers u like in Minda ind?

@Vivek_6954 I do completely agree with your view. Minda industry is going through structural changes. Management has a clear vision for future where they want to reach. For last 1 month numerous fund houses meeting management which clearly showing investor community interest on this company. I have strong conviction on this company, added minda through Harita in handsome discount. Also added early this month in 630 level.

Agreed. I have been invested in Minda since 2016. In 2019, sensing the arbitrage opportunity, I sold my Minda shares and bought harita for the same amount.
Minda has been super consistent in the last 5-6 years in terms of growth & market share gains. Their acquisitions have also been value acreative. Another reason Iām positive on Minda is because most of their productās demand is going to be indifferent to an eventual shift to EVs in next 5-10 years, thus giving them a 10-20 year growth path

Not yet.
As per my telephonic conversation on 22nd July with company personal (Gorakh Koundal) handling this approval thing,trading approval pending from BSE and NSE approval received. They are following up on this.
Anyone interested to talk I can share his contact number through private message(not sharing in open forum respecting privacy).

Minda shares credited today
You got any mail communication or only DP holding credit. I checked, Not credited for me till now.
Received dp credit msg. ITS credited in dp but still blocked so till al formalities of listing not finished one can not sell. its just matter of few days now
