WE too were 3 when we started the investor club in 1979 or so. Mr Aggarwal from SBI, Late Mr Balwinder Singh Bhatia, also from SBI- a technical officer, we lost him last year, and myself. The idea nucleated in some investor meet in a hotel (perhaps sector 22). Mr Bhatia wrote some postcard. and I planned the meeting, and the way we would freeze for mutual gains.
and lo It got Running! we had it running with about 13-15 members the first day in Rose Garden. sector 16,Chandigarh, over a bottle of Verka milk, every week thereafter.
the ideal strength is 30-50 members, and the limiting factor is only discussions and no trading. Good times will give turnout of 60 odd percent and bad times 25-30 %.
