Q4FY25 numbers look good. On concall the management said that the process of fundraise is still going on, they will update whenever it concludes.
Up until FY 2022, the company disclosed both consolidated and standalone results regularly. But starting late 2022 (and confirmed in their November 2023 board meeting), the company shifted to publishing primarily standalone quarterly reports

recent exchange filing by DP abhushan. Please note this is not a pre quaterly filing. This sounds more of a misleading than reassuring because unlike other major players such as Titan, PG Gadgil, Kalyan etc, they have not released quaterly sales numbers. Rather they have given update only about the festive season. I Expect better from DP.
