Demerger financials

Hello ValuePickers,

I was wondering if someone could help me with this basic question on demergers.
If a company say COMP (publicly listed), is doing a demerger of one of its divisions say DIV, is there not a document/filing that is mandated that spells out the individual financials of DIV within the company? (IOW, COMP would have made available its financials every year/quarter via annual reports and filings to the exchanges. Now that a demerger is being contemplated, is there a mandate for COMP to make available the financials of DIV and what the financials of COMP would have looked like had DIV’s contributions been removed?)

(In particular I’m looking for a case in hand (Sintex Industries Ltd.). Reading through the scheme of Arrangements, I wasn’t able to spot the financials of the individual divisions.)
