Is there any article or post explaining the sequence of approvals and the typical time for each step ?
And any idea when we can expect the demerger process to be completed in case of DCM SHRIRAM INDUSTRIES?

You may want to use ChatGPT/Perplexity to find the high level sequence of activities. I find it varying based on the complexity of the entity, Industry specific regulations, and of course workload of NCLT and other institutions involved.

Best thing to do is to follow one demerger end to end and build your own understanding of it.

I heard the pronouncement from the NCLT, New Delhi, today, and the hearing has been adjourned to 23rd September 2025.

Hi Sreenivasulu,

Just wanted to understand the DCM international business is interesting? Because I have been tracking this company since the demerger was announced. However, due to less disclosures on the business and no update on the defence part and the drones.

Could help to understand the business it would be much helpful for me and others.

I am also not aware of DCM Shriram’s defence business. I have been trying to learn more about it (apart from what is mentioned in the Annual Report).
