I keep visiting valuepickr because it has become my part of life. If i don't visit it, i feel something i missed out. If I didn't come across valurpickr then i dont think, i would have ventured into the equity investing. I am really grateful to this site. I am really amazed by the quality discussion here and also the in depth knowledge of the members which can't be compared to anywhere else. Due to this site, I became an active reader again..

The best thing I find about Value pickr is a genuine platform for various individual investors to share their honest opinions. The media and analyst reports in my opinion is either biased or incomplete / incorrect and will cause loss more times than good. However, in Valuepickr we have people from different parts of the country evaluating a stock which helps you a lot in making a better judgement.

Not sure, how you gonna use this information in a meaningful way. But Nevertheless, I have seen you reaching concrete directions from lot of abstract information. I couldn't justify with a tick-mark survery like this, so this input. What brings me back to value-pickr is seeing pros/seniors in action. How they approach a situation, Why they gravitate to a particular idea and then how they dissect it. So what ever add to above two points is worth noticing for me.

Value pickr gives us the opportunity to know what to look for in any company before investing

Better to put location wise meetings (bangalore, pune etc ) and discuss about stocks and update the content in web site .It will helpful to members a lot.

Every one has his/her constrains, esp seniors, who are being reached by lots of learners (even I am one). So I would like to leave it to individual convenience rather than trying to shape it.

No one to one arguments

7/16/2013 4:46 PM

Promote stock idea ownership to juniors with a senior mentor assigned for guidance/course correction

Anything that add value should be promoted/encouraged. And I feel that is how it is today. Everybody asks inputs from donald, hitesh, ayush, hemant and so on, that itself is a kicker/incentive for these people adding real value.

Thanks for the many more responses that have come in. Some 61 odd by now. The patterns are pretty clear. However with just over 1.5% of users responding, this IS NOT a REPRESENTATIVE sample.

Can we have atleast 100 respondents coming forward. Do share your view openly - use the Text Boxes. The purpose of this survey was also to solicit more ideas/new ideas/setting more goals and/or prioritising goals.

More Qualitative comments from you may help towards that. Please freely use the Text box for new ideas or just to emphasise a viewpoint or even to argue against majority viewpoint that is emerging.
