I want to introduce you to " Colorchips New Media Ltd" which was earlier into production of film chips.
Recently I came across an EGM Notice which states that the company is now getting into EV Sector.
“Varcas Automobile Pvt Ltd” is a promotor group company through which he is currently selling EV Vehicles.
Promoter has done a preferential allotment at a price of Rs. 30 per share.
Looks like they want to penetrate their product in Southern India.
Its a Hyderabad based company.
