Does anyone have any sorts of an API or code to get direct dhrp or rhp fillings that companies going public make to SEBI ?

I track it manually via Chittorgarh.com. It has link to the DHRP of the companies.
If you want an automated solution, you can use a search engine. Duckduckgo implements Google-like “I’m feeling lucky” to redirect to the first result page; Google does not support this feature any longer. If you have a list of companies having upcoming IPO, use something like “https://duckduckgo.com/?q=!ducky+DHRP+COMPANY_NAME” for each company.
