Given that the deal is likely to close in 2nd half 2017, why is the share price of Claris getting beaten down (CMP on 23-1-17 = 303.55) inspite of Rs.4,200 crores coming into the company in a few months?
Promoters have indicated that most of the incoming sale proceeds will be passed onto shareholders after adjusting for interest and debt.
