Since Coforge has taken over 27.98% in sept 2024. ~1400/share. (cmp :~1400)
and Coforge will aquire the entire company by august 25 (hope i am not wrong),
How can one view this opportunity?

if we buy a stake in Cigniti → coforge will later buy the shares from us via open offer again at a higher price?
